About the conference

NoRo Integrated Care 2026 is the NoRo Centre’s flagship continuing-education conference, dedicated to specialists working with people who have rare diseases, disabilities and complex needs. The event brings together professionals from medicine, psychology, psychopedagogy, rehabilitation, education, social services and patient organisations, in a shared programme built around integrated care.

The conference runs in a shared format, with a single main stage. Participants are not split into parallel tracks but follow the same educational thread, built around collaboration between medicine, psychology, psychopedagogy, rehabilitation, education and social services. Each day includes an opening moment, educational sessions, networking breaks and a speed-networking component at the tables.

Educational objective: 18 training credits

The conference aims to award up to 18 training credits for in-person attendance across all 3 days, subject to final accreditation and the rules applicable to each professional category.

Online attendance is eligible for half of the training credits, subject to final accreditation and validated online attendance.

To validate attendance, participants must follow the instructions on attendance, signing/scanning at the relevant sessions, online presence via Zoom and completing the final feedback.

Accommodation, flights and transfers

For participants who need accommodation in the city during the conference, flights or transfers, NoRo Integrated Care 2026 has a partnership with Simbotours. These services are optional and are handled directly by the participant with Simbotours.

The costs of accommodation, flights and transfers are not included in the participation fee and are not covered by the organisers. Participants pay individually for the services they request.

Answers to your questions

When does the conference take place?

20–22 November 2026, at Brilliant Park, Zalău. You can attend in person or online, via Zoom.

When is the Early Bird period?

Early Bird rates are valid between 13 July and 13 September 2026. After this date, standard rates apply.

Does the conference also offer online attendance?

Yes. Online attendance is via Zoom and includes access to all sessions streamed live.

What does the in-person ticket include?

Access to the sessions for the chosen ticket type, networking coffee break, lunch, conference materials, certificate of attendance and eligibility for training credits, subject to final accreditation and actual attendance.

What does the online ticket include?

Access via Zoom to the sessions for the chosen ticket, digital materials, online certificate of attendance and eligibility for half of the training credits.

Is accommodation included in the ticket?

No. Accommodation, flights and transfers are not included in the participation fee. You can arrange them through our partner Simbotours.

Is there a group discount?

Yes. Groups of at least 6 participants receive a 10% discount and can request a single joint invoice.

How do I register?

Directly from the Tickets page, where you can choose your ticket type and complete payment online.

Cancellation and refund policy

Registration becomes valid once payment is confirmed. If a participant can no longer attend, the following standard policy applies:

  • cancellations submitted at least 30 days before the event may be fully refunded, less any bank / administrative fees;
  • cancellations submitted between 15 and 29 days before the event may be refunded at 50%;
  • cancellations submitted less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable;
  • instead of a refund, the participant may nominate another person to attend in their place, by notifying the organisers before the event;
  • failure to attend the event does not entitle the participant to a refund of the participation fee;
  • if the event is cancelled by the organiser, participants will receive a refund of the fee paid or the option to transfer to a future edition, depending on the options officially communicated.
